Sifer General
How do you claim to be green?
We look at every part of the business and always know changes can be made. Our web hosting friends over at Krystal run their data centre on 100% renewable energy. The team at Inkthradable only use DTG printers which use only water-based inks. They’re OEKO–TEX® approved (they don’t contain any regulated or unregulated chemicals harmful to the environment).
Where are your servers based?
Krystal, our web hosters, hold their data centres in the UK. All power consumed at their datacentre facilities uses 100% renewable energy and all centres have achieved a PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) rating of at least 1.2.

How do you print your clothing?
All clothing is made to order, that way there is no waste. Orders go through to Inkthreadable who use DTG printers which use only water-based inks. They’re OEKO–TEX® approved (they don’t contain any regulated or unregulated chemicals harmful to the environment).
Delivery
How are my products delivered?
All clothing shipping comes direct from our printing partner and is delivered by Royal Mail. Any items fulfilled by an artist might be delivered using an alternative company.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
If your order is shipped with either of the Royal Mail services we advise you wait 10 working days (UK shipping addresses) or 30 working days (any other shipping addresses) before contacting us. The Royal Mail will deem a parcel as lost if not delivered within these windows. Once deemed as lost we’ll be able to work with you to resolve the problem. We need lost parcels to be reported within 60 days of dispatch to offer a replacement, after this time we cannot offer a replacement.
Can I have my order delivered to BFPO address?
Currently we are unable to deliver to a BFPO address, however we are working on a resolution for this
What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?
If nobody was in when Royal Mail attempted to deliver something to your address, they will leave a red ‘something for you’ card. The card explains why we couldn’t deliver and shows how you can collect your item or arrange a Redelivery.
Can I have my parcel delivered to a different address?
Currently once the order is placed these details are processed, should you notice a mistake in your delivery address please contact us right away to try and resolve the matter.
What is the Sifer approach to packaging?
All clothing will be packed directly into a weatherproof, kraft paper mailing bag.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
Each product is printed to order, so unless there is a fault with the item we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
My item has arrived and its faulty, what should I do?
Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Simply send an email with a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Product faults reported 28 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.
What should I do if my refund is incorrect?
All refunds will exclude shipping costs, however if there is an issue with the refund you received please email us and we will investigate the matter.
Order Issues
I've received a faulty item, what should I do?

I'm missing an item from my order, what should I do?
We’re sorry there’s an item missing from your order. Before contacting us, we recommend checking the following:
- We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check your emails to see if any of your items will be arriving separately.
- The item/s you ordered may have been out of stock. It’s worth checking your emails (including your junk/spam) to see if we’ve sent you an email about this.
- If you’ve placed multiple orders within a few days of each other, your orders may have been combined and split across multiple parcels.
- If some of your items are being shipped from the artist, their delivery times may be slightly different to those items being delivered from our printer.
If you have an item missing from your order, please let us know within 30 days of your order being delivered and we’ll do our best to help you.
I've received an incorrect item in my order, what should I do?
If one of the items you received isn’t what you ordered, please let us know, well then get it send it back to us and get the correct one sent out.
Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?
Once you have placed your order, your order is sent to the printers and cannot be changed. If you have noticed something incorrect in your order please let us know immediately so that we can try to stop it. This is no guarantee that we can stop the order.

Will you be getting more stock?
Because all our items are made to order, unless we run out of a certain colour there should be no reason we are out of stock. On the rare occasion there are stock shortages, we will work to get the item back in stock as soon as possible.
How can I find a specific product or artist?
If you head over to the Artist page of the shop, you will be able to browse each artists full range of products.
How do I become a partner

Payment & Promos
How do I place an order?
Once you have found the item(s) you wish to order, please add them to your cart using the add to cart button. Once you are ready you will be able to click on check out, fill out your details and submit your order. Once payment has been received your order will begin its production process
Can I get a refund if the price has changed since I ordered it?
Yes, if during the time it takes for your item to be produced and shipped out to you, the price drops, we will refund you the difference between the prices.
What do I do if my coupon does not work?
Should you have any issues with coupons, please email shop@sifer.co.uk with the details around your coupon and we will work with you to see what the issue might be.
How do I use PayPal to pay for my order?
At the checkout, just use the PayPal button and follow the on screen instructions, the rest is all looked after by PayPal
When will I be charged for my order?
Once your order has been placed, your bank account will be charged.
